Omdat  het grootste deel van de problemen binnen 30 minuten zijn opgelost, berekenen wij per tijdseenheid van 15 minuten. Dit in tegenstelling tot anderen in deze sector die met een uurtarief werken. Wij nemen eventueel contact met u op nadat u een "Help op Afstand" verzoek heeft ingediend, een email heeft verstuurd of op de voicemail heeft ingesproken.
 

  • Geen betaald 0900 nummer.
  • Wij lossen u probleem meestal op afstand via internet op wat sneller en beter gaat dan via een telefonische helpdesk.
  • Bij HelpopAfstand.eu betaald u slechts minimaal €13,66 exclusief btw
  • Prijs per tijdseenheid van 15 minuten.
